Information collected on this website

Your browser sends connection information, such as your IP address, requested pages, device and browser information, and request times, to the hosting provider to deliver and protect the website. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare’s services can process traffic and security logs. This site has no contact form, account registration, payment form or newsletter signup.

The calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs and industry selection are not submitted to Flowflux or saved by the site. Figures are hypothetical and do not measure your actual business losses.

Consultations through Cal.com

Booking links take you to Cal.com to arrange a free 10-minute consultation using Cal Video. Cal.com collects the information you enter, such as your name, email, appointment time, timezone and any booking answers. Flowflux uses the booking details to arrange, conduct and respond to your consultation. Cal.com also processes technical information under its privacy policy. Please avoid health, financial, client-confidential or other sensitive information in booking notes.

The marketing website does not access your calendar or store your booking details itself. For this consultation event, Cal.com is configured to add bookings to the organizer’s Google Calendar. Booking details and notes can also appear in calendar invitations and related email. These copies are handled by Cal.com and Google, not by the marketing website. Booking a consultation does not by itself give consent to unrelated promotional messages.

Email inquiries

Business and privacy email forwarding has been configured through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail account managed by Hasan Ali. Cloudflare handles message routing, and Google processes email content, attachments, sender and recipient details, and technical information to provide Gmail. Independent tests confirmed incoming delivery to the general and privacy addresses and successful replies. Replies currently come from the Gmail account, not a Flowflux-domain address. Hasan Ali checks the business and privacy inbox daily, including Spam, and arranges coverage when unavailable. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in an inquiry.

Providers and processing outside Canada

Cal.com states that it processes data in the United States and that some subprocessors process data elsewhere. Cloudflare operates internationally, including in the United States, and describes its processing in its privacy policy. Email inquiries are forwarded to Gmail. Google describes international processing on servers around the world in its privacy policy. The location of an individual message or backup is not promised. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those countries. Canadian-only storage is not promised.

Cal.com handles scheduling and Cal Video meetings; Google handles the connected calendar and forwarded email; Cloudflare delivers the site and routes incoming mail. Provider-controlled logs and backups follow the providers’ own retention arrangements.

Sharing and security

Consultation and connection information is processed by the services needed to arrange meetings and deliver and protect the website. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law. This website contains no advertising data sale or retargeting integration. The static website has no customer database or public provider credentials. No website or service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Calculator values disappear when the page is reloaded. Booking records, Cloudflare-forwarded messages, Gmail correspondence and provider logs have separate retention and backup arrangements. Deleting a message or booking does not necessarily remove invitations, related calendar copies or provider backups. Flowflux has adopted an internal policy of monthly reviews, with a target to delete inactive prospect and consultation records after 90 days without a substantive interaction, normally within 120 days, and closed privacy-request records after 12 months. Records must be kept longer where needed for applicable law, contracts, accounting obligations, active disputes, legal holds or outstanding privacy requests. These are internal targets, not guarantees of automatic or complete deletion from provider systems. A manual monthly review procedure and restricted log support this policy. Reviews cover Flowflux-controlled booking, calendar, email and export copies. Where a record cannot be removed through account controls, deletion assistance can be requested from the provider. Cancelling a booking alone does not establish that its personal information was erased. Provider logs, backups, legal retention and copies held by recipients may remain under their own arrangements. You may request deletion or withdraw consent for optional processing. Applicable legal obligations, necessary records and backup restrictions may limit deletion; ask for an explanation for your request.

Cookies and browser storage

The website code does not set cookies, use local or session storage, or load advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts, images and scripts are served with the site. A hosting security feature may use necessary technologies if enabled; external Cal.com pages have their own cookies and privacy choices when you visit them. New tracking or embedded services would require a fresh review and updated notice before activation.

Phone demonstration

The public demo number is +1 (587) 722-6102. Calling connects you to an AI receptionist by telephone through your carrier and Retell AI, rather than through your browser. Flowflux uses the demo to let prospective customers experience an AI conversation. Your caller number, call metadata and what you say may be processed by the telephone and AI providers. This static website does not access your microphone or receive your call audio.

The inbound agent belongs to another workspace; its actual recording, transcription, retention, subprocessors, processing locations and integration settings have not yet been confirmed. Do not assume the call is unrecorded. Use fictional details and do not provide sensitive information or request real appointments, dispatches or emergency assistance. If you prefer not to call, you can book a consultation through Cal.com. Access, correction and complaints

You may ask for access to your personal information, request correction, ask about deletion or raise a privacy concern. Send a written request to the privacy contact below, identifying the interaction and information you need without including unnecessary sensitive documents. Identity verification may be needed. Requests are subject to applicable law, including lawful exceptions and response periods. If a concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or, where PIPEDA applies, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
