Website information and services

Website content and workflow examples explain possible AI receptionist configurations. Features, integrations, pricing, service availability and support commitments depend on a separately agreed and tested setup. This website does not enter you into a paid service agreement. Client service agreements and data-processing arrangements are separate documents.

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. The website may change, be interrupted or be unavailable during maintenance. No uninterrupted availability, perfect AI accuracy or commercial outcome is promised.

Calculator and consultations

The calculator uses your hypothetical assumptions: missed calls per week × 52 ÷ 12 × assumed booking rate, multiplied by assumed customer value. It estimates potential monthly gross revenue opportunity, not profit, actual bookings, measured lost revenue or guaranteed recovery. Industry selection changes wording, not benchmarks. A free 10-minute consultation is a discussion of your needs and possible capabilities, with no obligation to buy.

Phone demonstrations

The public telephone demo is awaiting verification and is currently disabled on the site. Any future demo must be clearly identified as AI and disclose its actual recording and transcription arrangements before use. Test requests are not real appointments, dispatches or emergency responses. Use fictional details and do not submit sensitive information. AI can make mistakes and must not be relied on for urgent safety guidance.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may browse the website, use the calculator and follow consultation links for legitimate evaluation. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or submit unlawful material. Future demo calls must be brief and must not be automated, repeated or abusive. Carrier charges may apply.

Flowflux branding and website content are protected where intellectual property rights apply. Third-party fonts, icons and software remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Browsing does not transfer ownership or grant rights to reuse third-party marks. Third-party licence notices are provided with the site.

Third-party services

Consultation links open Cal.com, and the event uses Cal Video. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before entering information. Links and references do not imply an endorsement, partnership or certification.

Responsibility and applicable law

Use the illustrations as a starting point for your own assessment, not as professional, legal, financial or emergency advice. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, including privacy obligations. They do not waive all liability or responsibility for negligence. No contractual damages cap is established by these website terms.

Alberta law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these website terms, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you. No exclusive forum or compulsory arbitration requirement is imposed here.

Changes and contact

Changes apply to future use after the revised terms are posted with an updated date. They do not retroactively change a separate service agreement.
